Agents-System is a personal desktop application used by its author on his own Mac. It is not offered to the public.
When the user signs in with Google, the app receives an access token for that user's own Google account and uses it only to read, draft or edit Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides and Calendar items that the user asks the app to work with. Tokens are stored encrypted on the user's own Mac, in the application's own data folder. Google user data is processed on that Mac, and is not sent to any server operated by the author, sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Content the user asks a bot to work on is sent to Anthropic's Claude service, through the user's own Claude account, only to produce the requested result.
Agents-System's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data stays on the user's Mac until the user deletes it. The user can remove a connection inside the app, delete the app's data folder, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
